These terms explain how orders and enquiries work at Paws-For-Thought. We aim to keep everything clear, kind and fair, especially because our keepsakes are personal and often made at an emotional time.

About our products

Paws-For-Thought creates personalised pet memorial keepsakes, including items such as mugs, prints, canvases and other remembrance gifts. Most items are made to order using the photo, pet name, wording and options you provide.

Your photo and wording

Please upload the clearest pet photo you have and check all wording carefully before submitting your order. You are responsible for making sure names, dates, messages and delivery details are accurate.

If an uploaded image is unclear, too small, unsuitable or difficult to use, we may contact you before preparing the design.

Design review before printing

Personalised keepsakes may be reviewed manually before fulfilment. Where a design approval step is offered, production and delivery timings begin after the design or order details have been approved.

Payments

Payments are processed through WooCommerce and Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been received by us.

Manual fulfilment review

Printful fulfilment is not automatically approved without manual review. This helps us check personalised details before an order is sent for production.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates only. For personalised items, delivery times begin after the order details, uploaded photo and any required design approval are complete. We will do our best to keep you updated if there is a delay.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a personalised item has been approved or sent to production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns and refunds

Because personalised items are made especially for you, they usually cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
