We want every Paws-For-Thought keepsake to be handled with care, compassion and respect. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to put it right.
Personalised items
Most Paws-For-Thought products are personalised and made to order using your pet photo, pet name, wording or gift message. Personalised items usually cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind.
We can review a return, replacement or refund if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was agreed.
If there is a problem
Please contact us as quickly as possible through the Contact Us page or email hello@paws-for-thought.co.uk. Include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged.
Damaged or faulty items
We may ask for clear photos or other evidence so we can understand what happened and work with our fulfilment partner where needed. If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will handle the issue fairly and may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Incorrect wording or photo issues
Please check all names, dates, wording and uploaded photos carefully before ordering. If the item is made using the details you supplied and approved, we may not be able to offer a refund for customer-supplied spelling, wording or image issues.
Non-personalised items
If Paws-For-Thought sells non-personalised items in future, different return rights may apply. Those details will be explained on the relevant product page or at the time of purchase.
How we handle refunds and replacements
Every issue is reviewed with care. If a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. If a replacement is agreed, we will explain the expected next steps and timings.
